An 81 years-old man was  found dead in his rented room in Pasig City. The victim, Godfredo Constantino, a residence of 12 San Juan St., Bgy. Kapitolyo, was stabbed too many times in his chest .

In an initial investigation led by PO3 Emilton Ladisla of  Station Investigation Detection Management Branch (SIDMB) it was around 1PM Saturday when the body of the victim was discovered due to a gruesome smell coming from his room by Diesta Canares Jr., 28 years old and a residence of the same area.

Diesta stated the police that he discovered the body while he was on his way to go home when he smelled something rotten from the victim’s room and he immediately saw the body of Constantino from an open window.

The authority said that they will still looking for more evidence to solve the crime. At this point, they still continue to investigate the crime until they find the lead to the case.
