Former Department of Transportation and Communication Secretary Josefina Lichauco passed away on Sunday morning in Hong Kong due to stroke.
Secretary-General Renato Reyes wrote a blog stating about Lichauco’s death revealing that he learned the news from Concerned Citizens Movement Leader Betina Legarda.
